Casamorati Italian Luxury Perfume Picks

If you are interested in luxury perfumes, then there is a good chance that you have heard of Xerjoff, a well-known Italian luxury perfume house. Xerjoff is also known for its Casamorati collection, which has a story of its own. Essentially, Casamorati was founded in 1888 by Claudio Casamorati and soon became a well-renowned perfumery, even gaining the appreciation of Queen Margherita of Savoy herself. Its quick success for its high-quality scents and soaps was soon followed by financial difficulties in the mid-1900s, forcing them to close their factory. All was said and done until Xerjoff revived the Casamorati name in 2009, bringing us the gorgeous collection we have today.

With a range of scents that include feminine, masculine, and unisex options, there is definitely a signature scent for everyone to enjoy. I wanted to share a few of my favorite picks with you guys as well as their notes so you can see if there is anything you'd might like!

1. Lira by Xerjoff: With top notes of blood orange, bergamot and lavender; middle notes of cinnamon, licorice and jasmine; base notes of vanille, caramel and musk.

2. Bouquet Ideale by Xerjoff: With top notes of cinnamon and nutmeg; middle notes of guaiac wood, sandalwood, virginia cedar and papyrus; base notes of vanille, coumarin, tobacco blossom, french labdanum and musk.

3. Italica by Xerjoff: With top notes of almond, milk and saffron; middle notes of toffee and bourbon vanilla; base notes of sandalwood and white musk.

4. Mefisto by Xerjoff: With top notes of grapefruit, bergamot and amalfi lemon; middle notes of lavender, iris and rose; base notes of musk, sandalwood, virginia cedar and amber.

5. Gran Ballo by Xerjoff: With top notes of red berries and tangerine; middle notes of gardenia, jasmine and honey; base notes of caramel, vanilla, amber and sandalwood.
